In November 2004, Providence University was pleased to welcome Drs. Ichikawa Akira and Abe Seiji from Kansai University, Japan. They are seated in the first row, second and third from the left. Dr. Tseng, chairperson of the Japanese Department, who is standing in the second row, first from the right, initiated the dialogue between the two schools.
